About HSI

The purpose of HSI is to conduct criminal investigations that safeguard national security and uphold the laws of the Department of Homeland Security. HSI serves as the principal investigative arm of DHS, addressing crimes including but not limited to financial offenses, cybercrime, and transnational threats.
